Terms and Conditions
	AOCfinewines.com – Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions. In consideration for your participation in the Affiliate Program maintained by AOC Fine Wines, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. I) Tracking Tags. As part of the program AOCfinewines may provide you with tools, products, and creative assets that include information that helps track transactions generated by you and attribute them to your account. You will use each of these assets only in their intended manner as instructed by AOCfinewines.com, and will not corrupt, modify, or disable them. II) Compensation. AOCfinewines will pay you commissions on the products sold through the links on your website. For a sale to be eligible to earn a commission, the customer must click-through the link from your site to AOCfinewines.com, and add the product to his or her shopping cart and purchase the product. You will be paid by AOCfinewines on the 15 and 30 of each month. AOCfinewines reserves the right to delay your compensation if there is a suspicion of bad faith associated with any transaction driven by you. III) Order Processing. We will process product orders placed by customers who follow the links from your site to AOCfinewines.com. We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with any requirements that we established. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfilment. Among other things, we will prepare order forms, process payments, cancellations, and returns, and handle customer service. We will track sales made to customers who purchase products by using links from your site to the AOCfinewines.com and will make available to you reports summarizing this sales activity. The form, content, and frequency of the reports may vary from time to time in our discretion. IV) Publisher's Obligations. You will defend, indemnify, and hold AOCfinewines harmless against all claims, liabilities, and expenses claimed or incurred by third parties directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions. AOCfinewines may disqualify you from participation to program if you engage in any conduct that AOCfinewines deems to be illegal or improper. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to: falsifying personal information required during account creation; sending spam emails; accumulating earnings or falsifying program expenditure through methods such as programming techniques or falsified information; intentionally trying to defraud or otherwise tamper with the computer programs. AOCfinewines may void and refuse to pay/reimburse to you any monetary sums that you has earned or deposited and/or require the return of any monetary sums that you may have accumulated if engaged or previously engaged in improper conduct. If you breach any of these terms, in addition to any other available remedies, AOCfinewines may remove you from the program immediately, withhold or recover any compensation for transactions not in compliance with these terms, and seek removal of any search terms registered or purchased in violation of the terms. V) Amendment. AOCfinewines may amend these Terms and Conditions by notifying you through email or mail sent to your address of record. You may review any revised Terms and Conditions for up to seven days after AOCfinewines sends its notice. After seven days, the revised terms will automatically take effect and become fully enforceable. If you do not agree with the revised Terms and Conditions, you will remove yourself from the program through your account and remove and stop promoting AOCfinewines links. VI) Global Compliance. Any infractions of these terms and conditions will be monitored and enforced globally. VII) Acceptance. By signing these Terms and Conditions, you signify you understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to this Membership Agreement, please do not participate to our Affiliate program.
