For those of you who joined us last week for the AOC Fine Wines – Fjord Fisheries Oysters and Wine fest here is my favorite recipe for oysters. This is a fabulous Hors D’Oeuvre or Appetizer for these last days of March. Stop by Fjord in Cos Cob and Jim and Mark will set you up with the appropriate bivalve! Then head over to AOC in Old Greenwich and I’ll set you up with one of these great wines.
